7inova factory follows ISO9001 in manufacturing, we have SMT production line, auto/semi automatic production line, experienced workers assure products quality and capacity to maximum. Moreover, Our QC engineers also handle strict quality testing in every procedure, which meet MIL-STD105 1.0/2.5 AQL standard.
Our manufacture base performs an ISO9001 approved supplier process, including facility evaluations, sample audits, etc, as well as monthly evaluations on product quality, delivery, and cost. Qualified suppliers are subject to an annual re-evaluation. Suppliers failing to pass this re-evaluation will be eliminated from our list of suppliers. At the same time, we have a rigorous evaluation process in which new components must pass acceptance by our engineering department, product testing, and inspection by our IQC Department.
1. SMT Manufacturing: Our lead-free SMT lines work in two shifts.
2. DIP Manufacturing: Anti-static and clean workshops (unleaded and leaded lines).
3. Tests: has reliable wireless network analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer，vector signal generator and other professional devices. The production process includes a four-test process, including initial tests, durability tests, and full functionality testing, which guarantees a pass rate of over 98%.
4. Maintenance Department: OurMaintenance Technicians have a professional NG circuit board repair process.
Each product must pass final Quality Assurance after packaging and then Output Quality Assurance inspection to ensure all manufactured products are in compliance prior to shipping.
